Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use rprecoverypro.com or buy anything from RecoveryPro. By booking, applying or buying, you agree to them. Please read them, together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
RecoveryPro is a trading name of Kurt Micallef, trading as RecoveryPro, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: hello@rprecoverypro.com.
2. Our services
- Consultation: a paid one-to-one video call, booked and paid for online.
- The Performance Program: a 12-week one-to-one coaching program, available by application. We may decline an application if we don't think the program is right for you.
- Specialized Coaching Plans: individual programming billed monthly.
- Training Programs and bundles: digital downloads (a PDF program and an Excel tracker) for self-guided training.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book, apply or buy.
4. Health and safety
Exercise involves risk. Our coaching, programs and content are for general fitness and performance and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they don't replace care from your own doctor or treating physiotherapist. Check with your doctor before starting any new training, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant or are returning after time off. Tell us about any injuries or conditions that are relevant. Stop and seek medical advice if you feel pain, dizziness or anything unusual. You train at your own risk.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each page. Payments are processed by Ziina and charged in UAE dirhams (AED); where a price is also shown in US dollars, the AED amount is what you are charged and your bank may apply its own currency conversion. There are no other fees from us. Specialized Coaching Plans renew monthly until cancelled.
6. Bookings
When you pick a time, it is held for you while you pay. It is confirmed once payment is received, and released if payment is not completed. Rescheduling and cancellation are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Digital programs: your licence
When you buy a Training Program you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own training. You may not share, copy, resell, publish or distribute the files or their contents. Download links are sent to your email, expire after 48 hours and allow one download per file; you can request fresh links using "Already bought?" on the Programs page.
8. Results
Everyone is different, and results depend on many things including your effort, consistency, sleep, nutrition and health. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result. Client stories on the site are genuine experiences shared with permission and are not a promise that you will get the same outcome.
9. Reviews
Reviews on the site come from real clients who chose to share them. We may hide a review that is offensive, off-topic or contains private information, but we do not remove reviews for being negative.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the site and in our programs (text, images, programs, trackers, logos and the RecoveryPro name) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version on the site when you buy applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
