Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want every purchase to be clear before you pay. Here is exactly what happens if you need to cancel, reschedule or ask for a refund. Questions? Email hello@rprecoverypro.com.
Training Programs and bundles (digital downloads)
All sales are final. Because the files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, we don't offer refunds on digital programs or bundles, including change-of-mind purchases. You can look inside every program with "Peek inside" before you buy.
We will always put things right if something goes wrong on our side. If you were charged twice, or your files can't be delivered and we can't fix it within 7 days of you telling us, we'll refund you in full. This doesn't affect any rights you have under UAE consumer law.
Consultation (250 AED)
- 24 hours or more before your call: you can reschedule for free, or cancel for a full refund.
- Less than 24 hours before, or if you don't attend: the fee is not refundable. If something genuinely unexpected happens, get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
- If we have to cancel: you choose a new time or a full refund.
Use the reschedule or cancel links in your booking confirmation email, or email us.
The Performance Program ($1,336, charged as 4,906 AED)
- Before your program start date: full refund if you cancel.
- After the program has started: no refund, as your coach's time and your plan are committed for the full 12 weeks.
- If we can't deliver the program for reasons on our side, we'll refund the unused portion.
Specialized Coaching Plans (monthly)
You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't give partial refunds for the current month.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Ziina, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
