It's rarely a lack of effort.
Most people who apply for this program aren't undisciplined. They train. They try. They already know enough to be doing reasonably well. What's usually missing isn't information. It's alignment. Training, recovery, sleep, work and stress are each being managed separately, if they're being managed at all.
A good week of training
…gets quietly undone by a bad week of sleep.
A demanding stretch at work
…cancels out months of consistency.
The Performance Program exists to close that gap. One coach looking at the whole system, not just the workout.
Three Ways of Thinking, Working Together
Most coaching draws on one of these. The Performance Program draws on all three, run as one plan by one coach for twelve weeks.
Clinical Thinking
Pain, injury history and movement quality, so training respects your body.
Performance Thinking
Strength, conditioning and recovery that build progressively, never a template.
Human Thinking
Sleep, stress, work and habits, so the plan fits your life and actually sticks.

What clients say
"I've worked with plenty of trainers. This was the first time someone coached my head and my training at the same time. Three months in, I don't just move better — I think clearer under pressure, at the gym and in the boardroom."
"I worked with Kurt during my professional career in Football. We worked on high performance sport specific training exercises, according to my role. We worked on my strengths and weaknesses from mental to physical both on and off the field. Now, even after I've retired from sport, besides consulting with, I still apply everything I've learnt through Kurt to my training of Padel, Triathlon, Kick Boxing and general lifestyle sessions."

Built for people who expect more from themselves
It's a fit if
- You want a coach managing the whole system, not just a training plan
- You have a demanding schedule and need a plan that works around it
- You've trained before and want real progression
- You're ready to commit and communicate honestly for three months
It's not for you if
- You want a low-cost, self-guided plan: Training Programs are built for that
- You only want expert programming: Specialized Coaching ($129/month) is the better fit
- You want results without active participation
Common Questions
Is the program suitable if I have injuries or pain?
Kurt's background is in physiotherapy and rehabilitation, so injury history and physical limitations are factored into how your program is built. That said, this is coaching, not clinical treatment — where something needs hands-on physiotherapy or medical care, that's arranged separately, alongside the program.
How much time do I need each week?
This is discussed and set during your application and call, since it depends on your training history and schedule — the program is built around the time you actually have, not a fixed weekly minimum.
How often do I speak with Kurt?
You have a standing weekly coaching call, plus direct access in between for questions, feedback and adjustments — not a call centre, and not a once-a-month check-in.
Is everything online, and what if I travel?
Yes. Coaching calls, programming and communication all happen over video and message, so the program continues wherever you are. Travel and disrupted schedules are exactly the kind of real-world constraint it's built to plan around.
Is nutrition included?
Nutrition isn't delivered as a standalone meal-planning service. Where it's relevant to your goals and recovery, it's addressed as part of the lifestyle coaching conversation.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
The final phase of the program builds a clear next-phase plan with you — whether that's continuing with structured coaching, moving to a self-guided program, or training independently with a clear direction.
